The Nestlé Research Center, based in Lausanne (Switzerland), is at the heart of the innovation at Nestlé and employs approximately 600 people in various scientific research domains including: Nutrition & Health Research, Food Science & Technology, Food safety & Quality, and Sensory & Consumer Science. Scientists from the Institute of food Safety & Analytical science will be involved in this project.
ROLE IN PROJECT
Nestle will be the large food producing company representative in the project, implementing, using and constrasting SaPher platform under large volume operational conditions. In ddition, they will provide the necessary feedback to assure that the developed guidelines fit with the industry’s needs. As a result, they will be involved in WP2, WP6 and will support the industrial dissemination actions in WP7
